Carolyn Dube has been wild about her Gelli plate lately. I'm glad I finally took a trip to Curry's and picked one up for myself.
As I looked at a printed page in my journal and wondered what to do with it I remembered my constant mantra when stuck with a messy house, desk or studio: Do 40 Things, or 20 things, or as many things as it takes for the job to be done. Sometimes I am waylaid by inspiration or necessity as I try to get the 40 things done. Sometimes I just slog through, do the 40 Things and go back to surfing.
I hope I'm not too late to thank Carolyn for her inspiration by linking to her Gelli Party.
Happy new Year! I hope our year to come is filled with joy, love and creativity.

So glad you joined the party! The Gelli plate is addicting but in the best way! I love how you have so many shades of blue on your page! I look forward to seeing all the fun you have with your Gelli plate!
Don't you just hate those things nagging at you! I often start emptying the dishwasher and it takes me half the day to finish. I either go to the computer to see what everyone is doing on the blogs and challenges I follow, or I run up to my studio to spend a few minutes finishing up some piece of artwork!
Gorgeous blues you are working with.
Hi thank you for your comment about my "In honor of" collage. I just enjoyed seeing the ink video. Thanks for that, my Delusions ink pack just arrived yesterday!
